Melinda did a great job keeping me informed of the issues found with the vehicle. She even took pictures I had requested of the problem and emailed them to me in a quick manner. My vehicle had been in for repair a while back, as well as this visit, and I have been very satisfied with the results and the service.

The speed. courtesy and ability in repairing a trunk closing failure in such an obsolete vehicle was amazing. I don,t know where else I could find someone that would know where to start the repair.

Gateway Transmissions worked on brakes and replaced a transmission for me. Most auto places give you a big list of stuff that many or may not really need to be done. You don't have to worry about that with Gateway. They are honest and won't try and sell you stuff you do not need.

The work was done on time and I haven't had to bring my vehicle back for anything other than oil changes. They put in a brand new engine motor for my truck and rebuilt the rear end with great care.
