We were on the road from Colorado when our truck's transmission began having issues on Whidbey Island. We took it in to Gateway and found out we needed a new transmission. Gateway is an incredible team of professionals who took such good care of us and our truck that it feels personal. We were RVing when our truck broke down and we're worried about places to stay and our trip plans and getting home safely. Jim at Gateway called around for the quickest possible parts, organized a proactive schedule for the mechanics, and even gave us a lift back to our camper. They got the new transmission in and the truck was ready to hit the road in just two days. We are so very grateful for Jim, Miracle, the mechanics, and the whole crew at Gateway!
