When a service is performed on your vehicle at Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmission, we back it up with a warranty. It’s our way of making sure your car stays on the road and you have complete peace of mind!
When you use our standard warranty, you can look forward to 24 month/24,000 mile coverage.
In the event that a service or repair performed at the owner’s expense needs to be repeated within the warranty period, at the discretion of Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmission, one of two options will be honored to correct the defective service or repair:
- Refund to the owner the cost of the defective service.
- Repair for the first 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
* Warranty work shall only be performed by Car Care Clinic at Gateway Transmission or its authorized agent. Unauthorized repairs shall not be honored. This warranty will not apply to any vehicle as follows:
- Any vehicle which has not been operated or maintained as specified in the vehicle manufacturer Owner’s Manual.
- Any vehicle which has been abused, altered outside of original automotive factory specifications, improperly stored, or used for racing or competition of any kind.
- Any vehicle which has had the odometer removed or tampered with.
- Any vehicle that has been altered for high performance.
- Any vehicles with transmissions and/or engines carrying a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Any part supplied by a customer, and/or used part; any salvaged part will carry no warranty.
This warranty does not apply to parts or materials covered by other warranties or services for which the owner was not charged.This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damage, including loss of value of the vehicle, lost profits or earnings, and out-of-pocket expenses for substitute transportation or lodging. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in some cases.
*Our workmanship and parts are warranted for 24 months/24,000 miles. Warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service or repair. For complete terms, conditions and exclusions, please contact our office.
