The transmission functions correctly; what more can be said? OK; Dave (the Oak Harbor store manager) is a hoot, and that's a good thing.

I was greeted politely, advised as to what my vehicle needed for its scheduled service and given a cost estimate. Later in the morning I received a call explaining that after inspection I actually didn't need one service, which meant less expense for me. The vehicle was ready on time, and nice and clean!
