It happened on Labor Day Weekend. Our car began overheating. Gateway Transmissions was the only garage that answered the phone even though it was forwarded to their home. They promised to take us right in on Tuesday a.m. They had to remove the front clip to replace the radiator. Despite having to order the radiator it was completed in two days. The next day water was still leaking. This time it was the water pump. This was completed the same day. This took care of all the problems and everything is working well now.

These gentlemen took care of me after having an already rough day. Even without that knowledge to them, they towed my car to their location, offered a ride home (but I didn't live far, so I declined), and called me when the car was fixed. They told me to just stop by and get it whenever I was ready. and they had fixed my original issue as well as looked at a couple others I pointed out, and the price for it all was very reasonable. I couldn't be more thankful for their service.

Mont Vernon Towing gave me an estimate, although it was a tough fix to estimate. They called me before they did work as the estimate increased. They did the work in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the result of the work.

Dave was right up front about what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and most importantly.....he did fix it! Many mechanics take advantage of their customers because of lack of knowledge, but Dave filled me in so much about the problem and how they are fixed, I might consider becoming a mechanic....lol! just joking...Great Work and highly recommend Gateway Transmissions!

Tom was great, I even got a free ride to my office and they didn't find anything wrong with my truck, so it was free!!

Outstanding focus on the Customer! Prices may be a bit higher than other Auto Maintenance shops (I haven't compared costs between shops lately).
