it's great to take my car to a service shop I can trust!

This was my first time using Gateway Transmissions. The guy that helped me was forward, to the point, and answered all of my questions. My son's truck needed the transmission looked at, so I contacted Gateway Transmissions over the phone. They were speedy about setting the service. He gave me a diagnosis and some ballpark figures. The diagnostic went well, but the price was out of our current budget, so they put the transmission back together for us, but didn't do the repair. I would recommend their services.

From my first phone call to the end of our repairs everyone we dealt with were professional,polite and courteous. We are from out of state and your staff went out of their way to help us get back on the road. Dustin and Steve are amazing mechanics. Thank you to your staff for the excellent service.
