This was my first time using Gateway Transmissions and the service was great. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work for a good price. They repaired my front brakes and finished the job on time, as promised. They were professional every step of the way and I would use them again, if necessary.

I have been a customer of Gateway Transmissions for over 4 years and it's always been a great experience. I have 4 vehicles and take them all to Gateway as they service them excellently. Any problem that I have ever had they have helped me with and made my car run perfectly. They are always in budget and I would recommend them to anyone having an issue with their vehicle.

When requesting an oil change at the front desk, I asked to have the diesel exhaust fluid filled also. (DEF fluid). When I paid for the service I notice the bill did not include a charge for the fluid, but was told it was complete. Upon driving home I noticed the level indication unchanged, and had to make a trip to the local auto store and buy the fluid and filled it myself. Not what I expect in the future.

Fast and friendly service always. Sorry to hear the old Car Club service is no longer available. Happy to hear their is something else available now.
