I took my pickup in recently for a oil change and front shocks. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. I will be back with my car and motorhome. I would, however, suggest that the waiting area be improved.

Our truck needed repair on Saturday where most repair shops wouldn't be open, we drove around Oak Harbor looking for anything. We noticed the doors were open and yet they were not officially open he welcomed us in and told us he would look at our truck Monday morning. Gateway loaned us a van so we could get around while on vacation. We very much appreciate all the hard work.

Brought in my BMW 745li, needed to replace my engine and Gateway swapped it for me in just a few days with great quality. I've been driving the car since with no problems whatsoever. Also, it didn't cost me as much as I expected it to. Thanks Gateway Transmission! Ill definitely be coming back.

Found my new mechanic!!!! Went in with a reoccurring issue, which had been a cause of much frustration. I was walked, step by step, through the issues, and how they were being fixed by Bill, so I understood what was needed. On top of that, it was quick service for a major issue, and they worked with my budget. Bill was a godsend!!! 10/10 highly recommend using them.

Dave recommended a timing belt change, tuneup and rear drive module servicing. Majority of engine noise has now disappeared.

We were told car would be available in 2 hours - ready in 4. Was told I'd receive a written report on car's fluids (brake, transmission), tire pressure etc but was told at pickup " your car is new (2013) everything should be fine." Why report that our car gets a full inspection and no evidence that you did any more than an oil change. If you're affiliated with MV Towing and Auto Repair - it didn't show. Sorry.

I got an appointment right away but had to wait extra hour then they said it would be done. Other than that I'd say great service overall.
