First took my car to Gateway several years ago after another shop told me I needed a new engine. Gateway diagnosed the issue correctly, the issue was the oil sending unit. Many thousands of dollars cheaper. Been using them for all my routine maintenance and any issues since then. Recently took my vehicle to Gateway for an oil change. As usual, excellent service.

I came here for a second opinion about my brakes as I was concerned with a long travel trip ahead of me. Got good information with pictures and full report sent to my phone!. They even offered to show me while the car was up on the rack in case I was doubting anything. Very honest, caring team of friendly people here. They also let me know for the future what I should start working on to get my rig in the best condition prioritizing the most important first.
