Good work, good people and very timely too!

Recently, I went to Gateway automotive, because my Diesel truck was having problems, I had a light on that said “Engine Power has reduced”. When I got my car back I saw open the hood at my house and I saw that they broken the adapter with the wires and they add tape around the wires, I saw that there was a lot of sparks around engine, they were able to fix my truck engine power but My satisfaction was 2/5 stars because it was not want I expect and not professional work as I thought they would add new equipment/plastic around the wires. But I was try to go again for other things needed on my truck and see how it goes.

As a single, senior, woman, new to the area, I needed someone with integrity, knowledge and experience to do the needed maintenance on my car. I found them! We started with an oil change and a comprehensive overview (photos included). Several items of immediate importance were found and addressed. Their customer service is thorough.
