Needed to have my CRV suspension checked out, was getting vibration in steering wheel over 65 mph. Technician did a thorough inspection. Determined that front brake caliper was not functioning correctly. Problem fixed.

Needed a new battery and alternator, Gateway had me in and out within a couple days WITH great service! I would recommend their business/services to all.

I have been using Gateway for several years---first in Oak Harbor, and recently, in Mount Vernon because it is more convenient for me. I made an appointment and my car was taken care of within a few minutes. The staff is always helpful, and I enjoy the coffee.

I’m traveling from out of state had coolent issues with my motor coach and was concerned being from out of town. I went to gateway automotive left my motor coach with them. Got a call they thoroughly went to the Motor Coach took pictures check all fluids found the source and fixed it. After discussing with them everything they did I was expecting a large bill but was pleasantly surprised.
