Having car problems is very stressful when you don't know much about it. When I went to the shop they evaluated what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. They gained my trust and in return I will be a loyal customer.

Took my '93 Suburban in to have the transmission fluid changed and front end aligned. They diagnosed that the ball joints needed replaced (which I had been told by another shop, but was hoping it wasn't critical) before it could be aligned. I bit the bullet and had them do it (BTW - cheaper than the first shop I went to) and had them do some additional work while it was there (compression test, idle air control valve replacement). They kept me in the loop during the entire process and were very helpful and patient during our discussion and my questions as I didn't want to put a ton of money into a vehicle with 350K miles on it. The rig runs better and steers better than it has in years and I'm hoping to get several more years out of it. It's always great when you can tell the difference in how your car runs after getting it back from a shop. I am very happy to have found a place that was honest, fair and communicative. I will be using them in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them.

As a woman who is mechanically minded, I'm always curious how I will be treated at a new shop. I trouble shot my truck and was convinced it needed a new alternator. I bought one and a belt, and brought my truck in to have them replaced. The guys who helped me were extremely respectful and courteous to me, but after checking they found a loose connection I had missed and was able to fix the problem without replacing the parts, saving me 100s. They won a customer for life with how they treated me and how they did not do unnecessary work or give me quotes on a million other things my truck needed. (Which I already know it needs a few other things soon). If you've never been here, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed or taken advantage of!

Not really a lot more to say, I go back to Gateway because they are good. There are only so many ways to say that. This is a new, Dodge Ram 3500, first service. I took it to Bill at Gateway because they are good, I trust them. I highly recommend them. Bob

I had the greatest experience taking my Edge in for an oil change! Not only was the cost fantastic, but everyone who works there was so friendly! Derrick is always incredibly friendly, and Felicia even drove my car from my workplace to their location, so I wouldn't have to stress about a ride. They completely surprised me by not just changing my oil, but even doing a 37-point inspection on my car, with a digital report I could look over any time. The report even included pictures of items they had checked - like a photo of the battery charge printout and air filter! It was such a great experience, and we were so impressed by the level of service, we immediately called to schedule an oil change for my husband's truck as well!

These guys went the extra mile for me . Checked out my car for an estimate and they gave me the info I needed and options to make my decision .
