This was my first visit for an oil change. It was a great experience from the time I arrived until the time I left. They did a complimentary inspection, just like the dealer does and not only gave me a list of things that should be looked at but photos as well. It's was really nice to be able to see exactly what they were talking about and helped me make decisions in regard to which needed addressed immediately and which ones I could wait on. In the end, I highly recommend Gateway Automotive and Transmission...they are a great shop and very thorough.

Very courteous and helpful! Brennon did a good job listening and finding the issue.

Transfer case was leaking. Got me an appointment quickly, found the leak and gave me an estimate within an hour. Great customer service and I will be scheduling the repair asap.
