The team there was extremely helpful. They were able to see me on short notice and were able to fix my truck in no time at all.

These guys were so nice and about 45 minutes to closing they not only talked with me but helped me and fixed my truck before closing. Every other shop around were a week to a month out. This shop was a life saver as I was out of town on assignment and with my truck acting up I wasn’t sure what to do or how to get home the next few days, which was a 500 mile drive. I’m so grateful to this shop and these guys and they were so nice. Thank you again guys 😎

I made an appointment to bring my truck in to fix a loose gear shift. I arrived and was met by a friendly staff. It was a quick fix and I was on my way. They were all about customer service. I well be trusting them with my car maintenance again.

I talk to person phone and in person then found out they were military and I FELT EVEN BETTER ABOUT leaving my car , I GO BY FEELING AND ACTUAL PERFORMENCE, I FELT I COULD TRUST ""GATEWAY "" AUTOMOTIVE . ""I WILL DEFINATELY USE GATEWAY ON COLLEGE WAY.. EVERY TIME I NEED SOMETHING. and I'm telling my sister in Oak Harbor. They have one there too. SO FAR she listens when I recommend.
