I get my oil changed at Car Care Clinic and I've had some work done on my Dakota bicycle I've got. I've had them do a couple other things as well. Everything they've done has been good. No complaints. The price is probably a little high sometimes compared to other places, but you get what you pay for so I'm happy with it. They get the work done fast. It's a good place to go.

Max was a lot of help. Got my car diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner. Contacted me right away to let me know what is going on. It's a small thing but they even washed my car. Will be back for sure for future repairs needed.

They diagnosed the problem with my car and communicated the best method of repair in a timely manner.These people really know what they are doing! I know I can always trust that they will be fair and honest with me. Their follow-up is like no other. I love their communication, it feels so personal and friendly.Big enough to handle any problem, but small enough to remember me when I walked in the door the next time. I'll be back!

The reason I;m not giving five stars is because I was frustrated it took 8 days to get car back. Customer service needs to be improved. When calling it seemed like only one person Max knew what was going on. The other person that answer the phones should be trained better and should be able to tell me what is happening with my vehicle. I live 40 miles away and was not informed that my car was not ready. Thankfully I didn't get a ride up to Mt Vernon that day. Put a deposit on fuse box last Wednesday still waiting to find out when it will be in so I can get it installed. You guys can do better!!!!
