High Yelp reviews brought me to Car Car Clinic in Mount Vernon and I’m glad I went.

This was our first car servicing since moving to our new home in Mount Vernon. I first stopped there without an appointment to see if they could help with a tire low on air. The staff was courteous and pleasant and had it taken care of without delay. I returned with an appointment two days later to have the oil changed and have the routine service due for the mileage. Again they were wonderful to do business with - informative, friendly, and gave me a discount as a new client. The next day I received a text offering a courtesy oil change “on them” when it is due. I have no doubt that we have found our reliable car care here at Gateway and have no reason to look anywhere else. I will recommend them to any of our friends, including many who are new to the area.

Last winter I had a heater motor and resistor replaced on my 2000 Ford Explorer and the guys at Car Care Clinic did a fine job. The vehicle sat for a few months as I was using it as a backup. When I decided to start it and dry it out inside, to prevent mildew, I found that the heater motor would not function. I called Car Care Clinic and they found it was under warranty. I took it to their store, and it was repaired at not cost. I owned a foreign car repair facility in Lynnwood for over thirty six years, and it was very difficult to find a facility that ran their business as I did. I ,for sure, have found one that finds customer service is a primary function of a small business. Thanks guys!

The service on my car was done well and on time. The service advisor kept me informed along the way, and the clutch replacement has the VW Passat running smoother than ever.
