I have been using Gateway for about 4 years. They are reasonably priced for the market and always polite and helpful. They do a general safety inspection almost every visit. I find this helpful for preventative maintenance. I have asked them to preform maintenance I thought was necessary only to have them call and check to make sure I want the maintenance done when the mechanic has reported there is still a substantial amount of life left on the parts. Which I find refreshing in a culture where most seem to be of the mindset of anything for a dollar.
