Very professional and fast

This was my exact experience with them and it's not a matter of personal opinion, they really tried doing this to me. I needed a new body control module for my car and according to the technicians at the dealership, a brand new one cost about $800. This auto shop tried charging me $1400 for the BCM plus $1200 for "labor and programming" but programming could cost not much more than $150 elsewhere and the labor was so simple I did it myself in 10 minutes and i'm not even mechanically inclined. Of course, I didnt question it at first because they're mechanics and I was told I can trust them. Mechanics serve a purpose in the world we live in and ultimately we pay them because we trust they're going to take care of us, right? But no, these guys tried ripping me off terribly, and I was also in an emergency situation at the time and needed help. They said they're the ones who got ripped off because they bought the BCM for $1400 but there's no way Nissan did that to them and if they bought it elsewhere then even that is an example of how unprofessional they are. My advice to ANYONE.....don't go here. To do so would be wrong to yourself and you'd also be supporting bad business. They have a pretty looking shop though ;)

Awesome place, very helpful and friendly staff. They treat your car as if its one of their own. They also get the job done in a reasonable amount of time with utmost quality work.

I had a small issue with my front lower valance panel. I called, made an appointment and was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Not only were they quick and professional but very kind. The place was well kept and neat. Made my day better than I thought it was going to be.

After a few repairs on the vehicle (brakes and sensor replacement), the manager offered me a complimentary oil change. Not only did they complete this on time, but they worked around my schedule to drop the vehicle back off at my home. At every service, they made an effort to pick me up and drop me off and everyone has been consistently friendly, helpful, and professional.

This was my first visit. My oil change reminder message had been appearing for a while, and they were able to get me in the afternoon of the day I called. They also performed a check of numerous systems, and found no other issues. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Andrea has a great personality, and has a wide repertoire of subjects to entertain waiting customers. It seemed like my car ran smoother on the drive home.

Friendly and courteous when I was super stressed! They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back behind the wheel faster than I expected! Very pleased with the work and the service! The most amazing, honest trustworthy shop I've ever come across. Our family will be back.
