I felt good about going to GATEWAY I've never liked going to auto mechanic places . I talk to person phone and in person then found out they were military and I FELT EVEN BETTER ABOUT leaving my car , I GO BY FEELING AND ACTUAL PERFORMENCE, I FELT I COULD TRUST ""GATEWAY "" AUTOMOTIVE . ""I WILL DEFINATELY USE GATEWAY ON COLLEGE WAY.. EVERY TIME I NEED SOMETHING. and I'm telling my sister in Oak Harbor. They have one there too. SO FAR she listens when I recommend. The battery in my car had died and I needed to replace it. I was able to get an appointment with Oak Harbor Gateway that day and they quickly tested the battery, then changed it out. I was very pleased with the service I received.

10/10 recommend this auto shop! Our bus broke down and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning. Jonathan was awesome in diagnosing our problem and solving it. The ladies in the front including Tanya were so kind and helpful as well!

Air bag warning light came on. They diagnosed it, ordered the part and replaced it. Very professional and friendly staff who got the job done.
