They were very nice. I forgot the nice lady's name at the desk but she was very transparent with pricing and very knowledgeable about your vehicle. It took a little bit of time for the service to finish. But thats due to some communiction issues between car dealer and mechanic. Dealer's fault but whatever lol. They got it perfectly repaired and it drives as if it were off the lot

Everyone was great. They were able to get my truck in on short notice as I really needed it for the weekend. They were prompt and courteous. They had finished basic diagnostics by the middle of the day. And best of all, they were great when it was realized that the problem might be covered under an existing warranty. I will be using them if needed in the future.

Andrew notified me off issues and fixes and provided accurate quote and was professional and did not sugar coat anything. He took the time to properly explain the situation and answer any questions. I have had several positive experiences over past few years, even if we meet under unfortunate circumstances with car troubles.

Recently had my transmission replaced, they took their time and did it right. They were completely up front with all work required. I feel comfortable knowing I have a 3 year warranty. Brought the vehicle back to have a checkup done and was satisfied with their quick service.

Great service and friendly, great repair work

I took my yukon in to have the tie rods looked at as i was told they were going to break at any time. This shop had "their best front end guy" on it and i was told there was nothing wrong. The stiring wheel wobbled when you hit a bump so I knew something was wrong. Took it to another shop for a second opinion and sure enough the tie rods and a swing arm needed replaced. Will never use this shop again.
