Gateway did a great job repairing my BMW. They went out of their way to find the specific gasgets needed for the repair saving me a couple hundred dollars I would have had to spend if purchasing a huge kit from BMW. They reached out to other experts when they were struggling with diagnosing the issue. I will be using them again. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is that I felt more communication along the way would have been nice. Thank you Gateway

I have taken both of my vehicles to Gateway for various services in the last year. One vehicle is a 1994 van, the other a 2009 Honda. The comprehensive report after initial inspection on the van provided a great starting point of what services were a priority. They back up their work. Communication on progress and work completion is good.

Andrea and team are phenomenal! Had a problem with my windshield wipers, they dropped everything, diagnosed the problem, and got the parts ordered. They also helped me previously with a much more significant and dangerous situation with my front wheels which I was unaware of...very prompt and courteous service!
