I took my car to two different tire places because I thought I had something in my tire. TWO TIRE PLACES! Within the first few seconds of getting my car on the lift, the gentleman at this shop found a screw. A SCREW!! I was so upset, but so thankful that this man was able to take care of me. He even made sure everything else was okay and let me know I needed a new battery. Sure enough, when I got home and googled how long a battery lasts....six years.....the age of my car! I really appreciated the heads up. I highly recommend this guy!

They are upfront and are able to correctly diagnose all the problems quickly. While I'm not very mechanical, they have proven themselves to be truly trustworthy. Awesome service! My 2000 Odyssey is running well. Will drive for 500 miles and will drop by for a leak test/evaluation of transmission. Andrea and Derek were very helpful!

Incredibly honest folks...went in for brakes which they totally could have just put on for me and I never would have known the difference, instead they inspected my new to me vehicle and let me know that my brakes are brand new and the squeak is just them being broken in. They did an overall inspection, oil change, test drove it to make sure everything looked good and I was on my way. Awesome! Highly recommend this local family owned and operated business.

I have used Gateway automotive 3 times, so far, and based on my experiences, I will KEEP using them! I get continued excellent service each and every time. They are prompt, attentive, and have even taken me in for a service on very short notice. I also see the friendly way the staff interact with other customers, and it is impressive. What a great group they have at this shop!
