These guys were so nice and about 45 minutes to closing they not only talked with me but helped me and fixed my truck before closing. Every other shop around were a week to a month out. This shop was a life saver as I was out of town on assignment and with my truck acting up I wasn’t sure what to do or how to get home the next few days, which was a 500 mile drive. I’m so grateful to this shop and these guys and they were so nice. Thank you again guys 😎

Recently bought an older, used Rav4 and brought it in to get a full diagnosis. Tanya helped me out and was absolutely wonderful! The diagnosis showed multiple things that needed to be worked on, but she explained them all to me and made me feel comfortable getting them repaired here. My brakes were just done today and they feel much better. Thank you all so much!

This is the worse place to get quality automotive care. People are leaving there after being with this company for years.Their prices are too high and their quality is less than average. I personally will be going to the better business bureau and reporting them for poor customer service. I already left one review that I notice has been taken down. I will post this one and try and save anyone else from the debacle I went through.

The Vollan's we know and love is gone. Had my car towed here recently and was charged a suspiciously large amount for diagnostics and a battery change. Once that was done I was informed I needed a second diagnostic and would be charged again, begrudgingly agreed. After that I was informed that I needed my fuel pump replaced and was quoted an astronomical amount. Knowing this a borderline scam I had the dealership quote me about 1/3rd the cost and had it towed there. Overall out a ton of money the dealership wouldn't of charged me (or charged less). Just have it done elsewhere folks. EDIT: Hey everyone, gateway mentioned that it was unlikely that the sequence of events of events I posted seemed unlikely. It's pretty easy to prove though, thanks to those who reached out. And to gateway, I'm glad you pay your people good wages, but you're not just expensive, you're upwards of twice as expensive. Just get a second quote. You did accurately diagnose my vehicle though, even if it did cost me a good chunk of change.
