After several months at the dodge dealership without any movement or help I got it to Gateway in Oak Harbor. They got me a remanufactured stage two transmission in just over two weeks including finding parts that dodge had lost and back on the road for the same price that dodge was supposed to get a standard replacement. They communicated with me often no matter what was going on. Great job and Service. Thank you!

I feel I was very generous with 1 star as they claimed certain parts were bad on my suv and I tested the parts myself under huge pressure and the suspension was almost perfect as they tried to swindle a substantial amount out of me for work that didn't need to be done and had another mechanic give me a 2nd professional opinion and they agreed that these guys are trying to swindle people for work that don't need to be done so clearly I won't be going back buissinesse like these give mechanics a very bad name

Gateway was amazing. Had a transmission go out in my Armada, I had a warranty and they were amazing dealing with everything from start to finish with the warranty company. The gal at the front office even ran paper work to me to sign because I couldn’t get away from my office. They were all kind, very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

2013 mini copper coupe r58. Came in over a year ago. Alternator needed replaced and my serpentine belt belt was bad. And the tensioner was also in need of replacement. The repair was done but I was deployed and could not pick up the car. I had to have someone else get the car and store it. About a year later I shipped the car to Florida. Upon recovering the battery was dead do to the king deployment I jump it and take it to shop at a dealer who replaced the battery. And as I drive away the belt shreds itself. I take it to the dealer who replaces the belt. Upon returning home the belt shreds again. This time the dealer says the tensioner needs replaced due to being after market and caused the issue. Gateway took full reposibility for the error caused by the after market part. And paid not only the new fees but covered the original fix repairs as well. All was good for a couple weeks but then the issue returned. Belt again shredded. The dealership had already inspected this car like 3 times at this point and now claim that the alternator also is throwing off the alignment. And even though I feel like the dealership should have taken the entire bill because they failed to identify the issue gateway agreed to pay for the replacement alternator. These guys seriously stand by there work and if there is a problem caused by a decision to use an aftermarket part they own it. And they ensure that you are wel taken care of. Derrick was the man I spoke to many times on the phone and he seriously took my situation to heart and was a major advocate for me while dealing with my dealership at the same time. I wish I could have just taken the car back to them. And if I was still in oak harbor these are the only people that would touch my car. The price correctly the take pride in there work and they will make sure that if something they did was at fault they will graciously admit the mistake and help you any way they can. Thank you soo much for everything you guys truly saved my butt here. And every person in oak harbor that ever has a car issue I will be sending them to you, knowing very well that they will be taken care of.
