Great and timely as usual!

We took my daughters car in because it was not accelerating. We were right that the belt was having issues, however when that did not fix the problem Gateway did additional diagnostics and found out the catalytic converter was bad. They kept in contact with us the whole way and did not do work without prior approval so there was no surprises. Honestly we did try another shop that was a bit less expensive... and in the end it caused the car issues. Gateway is now my families go to place for car repair.

I had my catalytic converter replaced as well as some hoses. A battery and some other maintenance. Gateway transmission employees are the best. Explain things very well so I understand they were above and beyond helpful. And a heads up to Miracle who is just amazing 🙏
