Derek and the staff at Gateway Automotive and Transmission are truly amazing they're kind and professional. Derek listened to me and answered all my questions. They definitely care about their customers and provide excellent service and repairs.

Took my truck to them to perform transmission and transfer-case work under warranty. They performed that work, but it also ended up being related to a worn driveshaft. I do most of my own work, so any expense for labor is a shock, but I would say they always seem to do quality work, communicate well, and are honest.

I suspected a problem in my 4wd mechanism. The Gateway technician evaluated it and reported no problems, just characteristic sounds. A complete checkup of my vehicle was performed at a nominal charge. Good, honest company.

Considerate and professional help! They got me in quickly and resolved all my issues right away. They even took the time to answer other questions I had. Definitely recommend their service.

I have been using Gateway for several years---first in Oak Harbor, and recently, in Mount Vernon because it is more convenient for me. I made an appointment and my car was taken care of within a few minutes. The staff is always helpful, and I enjoy the coffee.

I’m traveling from out of state had coolent issues with my motor coach and was concerned being from out of town. I went to gateway automotive left my motor coach with them. Got a call they thoroughly went to the Motor Coach took pictures check all fluids found the source and fixed it. After discussing with them everything they did I was expecting a large bill but was pleasantly surprised.
