Great service and communication but the diagnostic fee for my 2012 Toyota was $280 while the Toyota dealer charges $180. The quote for the repair was cheaper at Toyota too so I'll just take it straight to the dealership next time.

I have had several fixes to my 2004 Dodge Dakota here. I always get a quick turnaround, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair, comparable to other shops. Not cheap but you get what you pay for ! This place does things right and I will continue to engage them in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

IMO Gateway went way beyond the "normal" service firm on handling my car. There free car eval report was fantastic. There policy on taking many pictures and thoroughly explaining any work that should be done, all via text and/or email, BEFORE they do the work was outstanding. They may try to upsell based on the eval report, which again IMO might be the reason for the free eval report, but they in NO way pressured me to do ANY of the suggested services. I do wish there shop rate was a bit lower however. It's my ONLY complaint. But perhaps the "you get what you pay for" adage is accurate in this instance.
