Car repair is never a fun time. But I always leave laughing from Dave. It's rare to find a mechanic you can trust, and one that you don't leave wondering if all that work "needed" to be done. Without a doubt in my mind I know Dave and his team treat me like their own. I can't thank them enough!! :)

Was on my way somewhere when my car had a cooling issue. Called Tim to see if they could add coolant and send me on my way quickly? He said, "When you get here, bring in your driver's license and insurance card and we'll send you on your way in a loaner." Got to my destination on time. Turns out I had a system leak and they fixed it the same day. Doesn't get any better than that!!! This is only my most recent example of Tim's great customer service--been with them for about 7 years now. :-)

Everyone is always friendly and they don't try and make you do more than you ask for, sometimes they fix a dome lite for free, even if you didn't ask!

This business took very good care of me and my car. Extremely professional. I am very happy with the service I received.

Gateway in Oak Harbor and Mt. Vernon has rebuilt 3 transmissions for me in vintage vehicles. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

We trust MV Auto Repair. You don't spend more time tryind to sell us auto parts than you do getting the oil change done. You gotta love a shop where the security dog wear sun glasses.
