Great experience as usual..something you can count on.

Came in for an annual inspection 27Dec2012 for an RX 300 Lexus. The repair of the transmission was under warranty, still looks clean and no discrepancies. The front brakes were replaced a year ago so I had the shop look into a pulsating feel to the steering wheel during braking. The shop looked at the front rotors and needed resurfacing. It was resurfaced that day and re-installed for 113 dollars. I drove the Lexus with no problems. Nice work by the shop.

Vicki said she especially recommends the business to women, and older women like herself. The business is truthful and honest, which is good since women often get financially taken at shops. The business tries to give customers a break on prices if they can. They keep their word and call customers if something unexpected comes up. They keep on top of things for their customers.

Joan said the customer service was excellent. They got her on the road.

I am very favoritly impressed with the overall courtesy and service of your staff. My one concern is that I was told I would have an estimate for some future work within a short time. I have e-mailed a request for this information and have still received no reply. I hope this note shakes the tree.
