When I first spoke to Dave, and explained my basic problems with my van, his recommendation turned out to be very accurate. Once the van was drivable, I brought it to the shop, and had them repair the brakes and do a tune-up. As they progressed thru each step, Dave kept me informed and let me know all the things that needed to done for a safe trip.

I appreciate being able to schedule the oil change on my '96 Dodge Dakota to meet my need. Nick was able to meet my additional needs: blowing out the air fitlter/checking tire pressure/re-setting the 'check engine' light. He also researched/called with the phone # & location of a reputable used tire dealer in the Mt. Vernon area - I will need replace my front radial tires when I have the studded snow tires put on the truck in Nov. Way to go . . .
