I have been a customer of Gateway Transmissions for over 4 years and it's always been a great experience. I have 4 vehicles and take them all to Gateway as they service them excellently. Any problem that I have ever had they have helped me with and made my car run perfectly. They are always in budget and I would recommend them to anyone having an issue with their vehicle.

When requesting an oil change at the front desk, I asked to have the diesel exhaust fluid filled also. (DEF fluid). When I paid for the service I notice the bill did not include a charge for the fluid, but was told it was complete. Upon driving home I noticed the level indication unchanged, and had to make a trip to the local auto store and buy the fluid and filled it myself. Not what I expect in the future.

Faith said they did a great job. She worked with Tim and he was awesome. They were very accommodating by getting her in so quickly and they got the work done in 3 days. She will be bringing another one of her vehicles sometime next week.

I'm so pleased that I changed to Vollens at my son's insistence. They have been very fair and informative about what needs to be done. I'll schedule another appointment after the 1st on the month to get needed work done.
